Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are produced on demand through our production partner Printful. This means that items are manufactured after an order is placed. Because of this, production times may vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment conditions.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or any other reason that prevents us from fulfilling the order properly.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates, delivery options, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production, carrier delays, customs processing, local delivery conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at info@firstcontact.club within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, details, and sizing accurately. However, colors may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and production differences. Product measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
